Welcome to myHealth Rewards, a wellness program for Palmetto Health team members. We reward team members and their families for adopting a healthier way of life. From health screenings and health coaching to Your Best Fit sessions and a Run and Walk Club, myHealth Rewards is here to support your journey to better health!
Earn rewards for staying healthy!
Palmetto Health benefits-eligible team members and covered spouses/domestic partners can use the myHealth Rewards’ wellness program to improve their health and ensure they receive their health insurance premium discount and HRA/HSA contributions each year.
Current team members
- All current team members hired before July 31, 2017 should have completed the myHealth Rewards requirements prior to the deadline of Sept. 15, 2017, to receive the 2018 Health Insurance Premium Discount and HRA/HSA contributions.
New team members
- New team members automatically receive the Health Insurance Premium Discount during their first 90 days.
- New team members hired on or after July 31, 2017 have 90 days from their hire date to meet the myHealth Rewards requirements to continue earning the Health Insurance Premium Discount for the remainder of 2018. The new requirements include completing the online health questionnaire and agreeing to participate in Health Management Programs if identified.
* If it is unreasonably difficult due to a medical condition for you to achieve the standards for the reward under the myHealth Rewards Program, or if it is medically inadvisable for you to attempt to achieve the standards, please contact the Total Rewards Resolution Center to work with you to develop another way to qualify for the reward.
As a participant in Palmetto Health’s benefit plans, your health information, including annual health screening data, health insurance claims and medical records, will be reviewed to determine if you could benefit from the health management programs we have available. Your protected health information is kept strictly confidential and is protected by all applicable HIPAA rules and regulations. Protected health information will only be viewed by Ambulatory Care Case Management program staff, as clinically necessary and appropriate per HIPAA rules and regulations.
